By accessing our website, browsing our collections, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise interacting with Waresmiths in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. Your engagement with Waresmiths in any form constitutes a binding acceptance of these Terms.

Waresmiths is a Prague-based artisan jewelry house that creates one-of-a-kind pieces from antique silver, silver-plated, and occasionally gold-plated cutlery sourced from around the world. Each piece of jewelry we produce is handcrafted, irreplaceable, and carries its own unique heritage. Our mission is the rescue and preservation of antique cutlery — transforming forgotten artifacts into wearable works of art that honor the craftsmanship of the past.

3.1 One-of-a-Kind and Limited Availability Due to the nature of our sourcing, many of our products are singular in existence. Certain items may be listed with a quantity of one, and once sold, cannot be replicated. The antique materials we work with are rare, finite, and irreplaceable. Availability is never guaranteed, and items may be removed from our collection at any time without notice. 3.2 AI-Generated Product Imagery To help you envision the final crafted piece, we may use AI-generated representations to illustrate how a particular antique cutlery pattern or design will appear once transformed into jewelry. These AI-generated images are artistic representations only. They are not exact photographs of the finished product. While we make every effort to ensure that AI representations accurately reflect the design, pattern, and character of the source material, natural variations in antique pieces, handcrafting processes, and material characteristics mean that the final product may differ from the rendered image. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor variations between AI-generated imagery and the finished piece are inherent to our artisan process and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation. 3.3 Material Composition Our jewelry is crafted from antique cutlery that may be composed of sterling silver, silver plate, or gold plate. The composition of each piece is determined by the original antique source material. Where known, we will indicate the material type in the product listing. Due to the antique nature of our materials, precise metallurgical composition may not always be verifiable, and we disclose this transparently.

4.1 Made-to-Order Pieces The majority of our rings and bracelets are not pre-made. They are crafted to your specifications upon receipt of your order. During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your ring or bracelet size using our published sizing chart. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the size you provide. We strongly recommend measuring carefully or consulting a professional jeweler before placing your order. 4.2 Pre-Sized Limited Items Certain limited or one-of-a-kind items may already be sized or may only be available in specific sizes. Where applicable, the available size will be clearly displayed on the product listing, along with a recommended range of sizes into which the piece can reasonably be resized. However, due to the antique nature and varying composition of our materials, we cannot guarantee that every piece can be resized to every requested specification. If a resizing request cannot be safely fulfilled without compromising the integrity of the piece, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a suitable resolution. 4.3 Sizing Responsibility Waresmiths is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect sizing information provided by the customer. 5.1 Artisan Production Every piece of Waresmiths jewelry is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail in our Prague studio. We are not a mass-production or express-service operation. Quality, care, and reverence for the material are at the heart of everything we do. Good things are not meant to be rushed. 5.2 Production Timeline Orders will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received. We will always strive to deliver sooner where possible, but we ask that you allow us the time to honor the craft. You will be notified if any unforeseen circumstances require additional time beyond the stated maximum. 5.3 Shipping Timeline Once your piece has been completed, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method used. The shipping duration is in addition to the production timeline outlined above. Estimated delivery windows will be communicated to you upon shipment.

6.1 Pricing All prices listed on our website are displayed in the applicable currency and include the cost of craftsmanship, materials, and complimentary shipping. Pricing reflects the rarity of our source materials, the expertise required to transform them, and the one-of-a-kind nature of each finished piece. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. 6.2 Payment Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Waresmiths does not store your payment card details. 6.3 Taxes and Duties Depending on your jurisdiction, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for information on potential charges.

7.1 Complimentary Shipping Every Waresmiths order includes free shipping worldwide. We believe that the experience of receiving a piece of rescued heritage should be seamless from start to finish. 7.2 Shipping Methods and Carriers We select shipping carriers and methods that prioritize the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 7.3 Delivery Issues In the event that a shipment is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@mail.waresmiths.com as soon as possible. We will work diligently to resolve any delivery issues.

8.1 Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Every Waresmiths order is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to reach out to us so we may make it right. 8.2 Exchange Policy We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you wish to exchange a piece, please contact us at support@mail.waresmiths.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging. 8.3 Return Shipping for Exchanges For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the initial cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will reimburse your return shipping expense. To receive reimbursement, you must provide a copy of your return shipping receipt. Reimbursement will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. 8.4 Items Not Eligible for Exchange Due to the bespoke and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for exchange where the piece has been custom-sized to the customer's specifications and cannot be reasonably resized, or where the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery. 8.5 Refunds If an exchange is not possible or a suitable alternative cannot be found, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include store credit or a refund at our discretion. Any refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

All content on the Waresmiths website, including but not limited to text, images (including AI-generated imagery), graphics, logos, brand names, product designs, and site design, is the property of Waresmiths International or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waresmiths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the specific item in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waresmiths, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Waresmiths shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or interruptions to postal or courier services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waresmiths with respect to your use of our website and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
